| Clients provide the items to be printed.
Plan to provide at least 10% more envelopes/place cards than needed, or a minimum of 10 additional envelopes/place cards (for orders of 50 addresses or less), or
whichever is more. The additional envelopes allow for additional names to be added, or address changes or errors. We'll return any unused
stock. |

Calligraphy by Ellen
has
about a two week
or less turn
around time. The
start time does
not begin until
all items are
received by us.
That includes,
envelopes or
other stock,
client lists and
deposit. If we
do not receive
the necessary
items to
complete your
order on time, then
Calligraphy by Ellen
can't
guarantee that
the job will be
finished by the
agreed-upon
delivery date.

Rush
Orders |

In
most instances,
a rush order is
categorized as
any order with a
due date of less
than 7 days from
the date the
items are
received by Calligraphy by Ellen. The
rush time period
may vary based
on the size of
the requested
project. The
rush fee is 25%
of the total
cost of the
order.
Because of the
lighter work
loads during the
off season,
there may not be
a rush fee.

We
will correct any
errors on our
part at no
additional
charge and will
be mailed on our
next business
day.
If
a customer needs
to make a change
to an item that
we have already
completed, the
customer will be
charged for our
redoing that
item.

We
will mail or fax
a sample of one
of your
envelopes, prior
to printing if
you wish.
This will be
done on OUR
stock, so none
of your
envelopes will
be wasted.
If it is mailed,
then your
delivery date
will have to be
modified to
include this
time.

Deposits
and

A
50% deposit of the
quoted price for
each order is
due prior to
adding your
order to our
work schedule.
The balance is
due before the
completed items
are shipped or
delivered to
you.
If
you decide to
cancel your
order before we
start, your
deposit or $25,
whichever is
less, will act
as the cancellation
fee.
Deposits
are calculated
separately for
each project
(invitations,
envelope
addressing,
place cards,
etc) since each
project has a
separate due
date on our work
schedule.
Calligraphy by Ellen
accepts payment
by
PayPal, personal
or corporate
checks, money
orders, and
cash. PayPal
accepts all
major credit
cards.

Shipping

The
customer assumes
all shipping and
delivery costs
both to and from:

We
will ship your
order back to
you via UPS on
the scheduled
due date for
your order.
We
will return your
completed items
to the UPS Store
and notify you
when they are
ready for
pickup. You must
pick up your
items within
48 hours of
notification.
Box your items
as though you
were shipping
them, with a
shipping label
and your name on
it, and the
store address on
it.
All return
shipping is to
be paid by the
customer.
Calligraphy by Ellen
is not
responsible for
lost or
misdirected mail.

Refunds |

Calligraphy by Ellen does not offer refunds for work already performed. Cancellation fees are described above.
Since
all
specifications
for each project
are signed off
by the customer,
we are confident
the we can meet
the customer's
expectations
based on those
specifications.
